We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee our Support team, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Oversee daily operations, manage dashboards for all teams, assist with scheduling coverage, and conduct regular competency reviews.
- Customer Service and Technical Expertise: Provide high-level support, triage cases, guide team members on tool usage, and contribute to escalation numbers.
- Communication and Collaboration: Participate in handoff meetings, manage team channels, work closely with managers to ensure case handling adherence, and provide weekly summary reports.
- Training and Development: Train engineers on specific clients and groups, create knowledge base articles, and adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work outside standard hours when necessary or as part of an on-call rotation.
- Strong leadership background combined with customer service and minor technical expertise.
