Job Title: Technical Client Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding & Discovery:

Lead client onboarding, capturing key goals and pain points. Convert client input into project briefs for our internal teams.

  • Project Coordination & Delivery:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Create clear task briefs and track deliverables to ensure successful projects.

  • Light QA & Technical Understanding:

Review output from our developers to ensure it meets client expectations. Stay up-to-date with technical tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Make.com, and APIs.

  • Client Relationship Management:

Build trust and rapport with clients. Identify additional ways to support them through automation and systemization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Project Coordination. A background working with technical products or services is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Nice To Have (But Not Required):

Familiarity with platforms like Zapier, Make.com, Airtable, or Slack is beneficial. Past exposure to AI, automation, or no-code tools can be an asset.
