As a Virtual Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' diverse administrative and communication tasks in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and sending emails and handling business communications with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Managing video conferences and meetings efficiently.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients and customers through effective communication.
  • Scheduling and planning meetings and events with stakeholders.
  • Conducting online research and collecting data using spreadsheets to inform decision-making.
  • Providing regular reports and analysis on project progress.
  • Engaging in creative work with writing and media to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Fluency in English language, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in using apps and technology to streamline tasks and workflows.
  • Ability to commit long-term and dedicate full-time effort to serving our clients.
  • Flexibility to work U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time) as required.
  • No prior work experience is necessary; however, any relevant background will be considered favorably.

  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems independently.
