We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Account Relationship Lead. This position requires strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Lead video calls with clients to discuss business goals and challenges.
- Coach and develop a team of virtual assistants to provide exceptional service to clients.
- Bridge communication gaps between clients and virtual assistants.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant for international clients.
- Excellent English communication skills for executive interactions.
- Business acumen and understanding of how businesses work.
- Leadership and supervisory experience.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with business owners or executives.
