Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

About the Role

The Customer Success Specialist will play a crucial part in retaining and growing our customer base. This role extends beyond onboarding and support, focusing on building loyalty, preventing churn, and maximizing value from our platform.

You will convert users into advocates and foster long-term partnerships by delivering exceptional client experiences and strategic solutions.

This position supports our Real Estate Dashboard product and involves managing 200–300 accounts with regular touchpoints, product demos, and a strong focus on retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our platform and its applications.
  • Prompt clients to adopt features that enhance their workflow and return on investment.
  • Nurture customer health throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Effectively negotiate renewal terms and proactively manage churn risks.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through consultative conversations.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Account Management or Customer Success, particularly in roles focused on retention and product adoption.
  • Comfortable working AU hours to support Australian clients.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills - confident, personable, and professional on frequent client calls.
  • Experience with client demos and presenting product value.
  • Able to manage a high-volume client portfolio (200–300 accounts) with structured engagement.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and internal communication tools like Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills - methodical and calm under pressure, even when managing multiple priorities.
