Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled WFM Executive to join our team at Recruiter PH. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in workforce management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain headcount and capacity planners for assigned processes.
  • Develop forecasts for volume, productivity, and shrinkage.
  • Compile monthly reports for individual accounts.
  • Validate production and non-production hiring and/or internal movements.
  • Analyze scheduling outputs and recommend changes when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on capacity planning and hiring matters.
  • Supervise and train team members performing work tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualification: The applicant must have completed graduation, preferably in a Math or Science major.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of WFM experience in a BPO setting.
  • Responsibility for risk management and compliance activities applicable to this functional role.
Critical Skills
  • Good working knowledge of computer applications, including MS Office and above-average MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills with a good problem-solving approach.
  • Expert knowledge of service procedures.
  • Good analytical skills in MIS, number crunching, and reporting to internal and external customers.
  • Competency in WFM tools (IEX, eWFM, etc.).
  • Experience in RTA/MIS is advantageous.
Qualifications
  • College Graduate/UG of 2 years (completed 4 sems) of any field.
  • Knowledgeable in reporting and analytics with a background in RTA/MIS.
  • Must be knowledgeable in handling different WFM tools.
  • Availability: ASAP joiner is an advantage.
