
Customer Growth Advocate

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to strengthen our client engagement and support initiatives. As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving growth, and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engaging product demonstrations and walkthroughs for clients, showcasing the value of our solutions.
- Support seamless onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption by providing timely assistance and guidance.
- Serve as a key communication link between our organization and clients, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Manage client interactions, updates, and pipelines in HubSpot CRM, leveraging data insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align solutions with customer needs, identifying opportunities for value addition and driving business growth.
- Collect and analyze client feedback, providing actionable insights to internal teams for product improvements and enhancements.
- Track and report on key customer success metrics, adoption rates, and overall account health, informing strategic business decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech or BCA with BSBA, MBA (Marketing/Sales specialization) from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in client-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven engagement strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to adapt to diverse audience preferences.
- Able to confidently deliver online product demos and training sessions, conveying complex information in an engaging and accessible manner.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools), with experience in managing multiple pipelines and workflows.
- Tech-savvy, quick learner, and detail-oriented, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Analytical skills to understand client needs and identify opportunities for value addition, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with eagerness to grow in the SaaS/HR Tech industry, driven by a passion for innovation and excellence.
