Operations Support Analyst

This role is responsible for providing day-to-day operations support in alignment with the company's operations support infrastructure and processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing offboarding related processes and requests, executing work assigned, serving as liaison to business, conducting needs assessment, researching solutions to inquiries, and monitoring work progression ensuring completion of assignments by requested due date.

Responsibilities
  • Manage record documentation maintenance and storage retrieval of records
  • Account maintenance, imaging and opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations Team
  • Liaise between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients
  • Provide exceptional client experience and ensure consistent application of team process controls
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made and demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets
Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in operations support or similar field
  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
