Job Overview

This is a Mid-Senior Facilities Coordinator position at a leading organisation.

The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience in facilities management and a solid background in helpdesk operations.

They will also possess a strong working knowledge of occupational safety and a proven track record in rolling out improvement initiatives.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a customer-centric focus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Centralising all logs and requests
  • Providing superior call logging services—receiving and logging complaints containing complete details of the requests
  • Tagging each request with unique identity numbers to determine the nature of issues, and dispatching them to the appropriate department
  • Following up on the progress of each request by coordinating with respective assignees and monitoring their response time
  • Keeping tabs on feedback and communicating with the requestor to ensure the closure of the task
  • Preparing daily and weekly reports on call status, and monthly reports on recurring calls
  • Assisting building engineers in conducting analyses
  • Performing other ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
  • Proven industry experience
  • Degree holder with three to five years' experience in facilities management
  • Solid background in helpdesk operations
  • Strong working knowledge of occupational safety
  • Proven track record in rolling out improvement initiatives
  • Collaborative mind set with customer-centric focus and excellent organisational skills
