Marketing Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Marketing Accounting Specialist to manage claims-related financial operations within the IT distribution sector. This role ensures accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of marketing claims, vendor reimbursements, and promotional budgets.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage marketing claims and financial support processes.
  • Track and reconcile marketing claims, vendor reimbursements, and promotional budgets.
  • Ensure accurate recording of marketing-related financial transactions in ERP systems.
  • Assist in forecasting and budget planning for marketing campaigns and vendor-funded initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
  • 3 to 4 years' experience in B2B Collections, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, and Customer Account Management; preferably in IT Distribution/Supply chain.
  • Proven experience handling large-volume receivables and complex reconciliations.
  • Proficient with MS Excel (standard accounting functions) and ERP system.
  • Good English communication skills.
