Chief Financial Accountant

This role is responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of the company, ensuring financial accuracy and timeliness. The Finance Controller will lead the accounting team and foster a collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the General Ledger to ensure accurate financial statements.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable to optimize cash flow.
- Lead payroll and financial reporting processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End closing processes.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize risk.
- Manage audit coordination and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the accounting team.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles within accounting.
- Expert knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
