Order Operations Specialist

This is an independent contractor position for an ERP Order Coordinator to support order entry, tracking, and ERP-driven operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
About the Position:- Manage and track customer orders within the company's ERP system.
- Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments.
- Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments.
- Support internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
