We are creating a business management platform designed to save small businesses time and money. Our platform provides members with innovative banking solutions, as well as comprehensive connected administrative tools from invoicing to accounting.
Our platform is rapidly expanding, introducing new products and markets, and we are looking for ambitious individuals to contribute to our mission of empowering small businesses and helping them achieve success.
Main Responsibilities:- Determine high-potential SME leads across multiple channels
- Engage potential customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms to understand their financial needs
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess eligibility and suitability for funding products
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior finance specialists to hand off qualified leads, contribute to improving outreach strategies and conversion processes
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, products, and lending partners
- Share insights, lead quality feedback, and trends with sales and marketing teams
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales support
- Exposure to financial services, fintech, or SME lending is a significant advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet lead qualification targets
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a focus on delivering value
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is desirable
- Passion for helping small businesses grow and succeed
