Senior Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to our leadership team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive-level support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and inbox organization.
  • Prepare financial reports, summaries, and presentations in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Assist in investor relations and board communications.
  • Track key deliverables, follow up on action items, and maintain accountability systems.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant or similar senior support role. They possess strong knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and discretion are essential.

The ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and deliver outcomes under pressure is crucial. Familiarity with AI tools and digital assets is also desirable.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant or similar senior support role.
  • Proven background in finance, accounting, or investment environments.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion.
