Job Opportunity: Chief Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and maintenance of quarterly compensation workbooks, overseeing the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, and preparing monthly incentives and bonus calculation files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation calculations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in compensation planning and execution.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in compensation strategy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders and C-Suite executives to address complex commission and bonus inquiries.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders.
