About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Your primary focus will be on providing timely and professional assistance to customers across various communication channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media platforms.

  • You will respond to customer inquiries, address common concerns, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Additionally, you will review and process pet sitter applications, ensuring all profile details and verification requirements are complete.
  • You will also perform booking modifications, including changes to dates, services, or pricing as requested by Pet Owners or Sitters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media platforms.
  • Provide assistance and resolution for common Marketplace concerns.
  • Review and process pet sitter applications.
  • Perform booking modifications.
  • Escalate high-priority or sensitive issues to senior agents or managers when necessary.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support role handling phone, email and chat.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
