
Remote Healthcare IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests from healthcare staff and providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or internal systems.
- Accurately document and log all support tickets in the system, capturing relevant information for timely resolution.
- Communicate with end-users to gather additional details or clarify issues as needed.
- Efficiently route tickets to the appropriate Level 2 or specialized support teams.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication, especially when dealing with clinical staff in time-sensitive situations.
- Must have prior experience in a healthcare environment, providing IT helpdesk or customer support services.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with healthcare professionals and understanding their support needs.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), or medical terminology is highly preferred.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar platforms).
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge for hardware, software, and network issues.
This position is remote, offering flexibility and convenience. You will collaborate with an international team while contributing to our growing business from the comfort of your home.
Essential Requirements:You will need to have some essential tools – a reliable computer, noise-cancelling headset, second monitor for enhanced productivity, and stable internet connection. Additionally, you'll require a backup internet connection to ensure seamless work completion.
