Remote Healthcare Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remote Healthcare Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing qualified candidates to conducting phone screens and managing interviews.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and timelines, and will be expected to maintain and update candidate records, as well as support document collection, license verification, and background checks.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with tools like CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • High organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
