About the role
As a Provider Enrollment and Credentialing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and operations of access healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare services. In this full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for managing the enrollment and credentialing process for healthcare providers, ensuring they meet the necessary requirements and standards to deliver high-quality care to patients.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate the provider enrollment and credentialing process, including collecting and verifying all required documentation
- Liaise with healthcare providers to obtain necessary information and ensure a smooth application process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of provider information in the company's database
- Assist in the review and processing of provider applications, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies during the credentialing process
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the provider enrollment and credentialing procedures

- Proven experience in provider enrollment and credentialing, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficient in using relevant software and databases for data management and record-keeping
- A team player with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to provider credentialing
