About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at access healthcare as a Healthcare Account - Spanish bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a Spanish bilingual CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, helping them navigate their coverage and address any queries or concerns. This full-time, on-site role is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound calls from healthcare clients and providing efficient and courteous assistance
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues by utilising your comprehensive knowledge of healthcare plans and benefits
  • Accurately documenting all customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and making recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintaining a positive, professional and empathetic attitude at all times

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate complex customer queries
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening
  • Proficiency in using various computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
