About the role

As a Healthcare Provider Enrollment and Credentialing Specialist at access healthcare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding of healthcare providers into our network. Based in our dynamic office in Taguig City, Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you responsible for processing provider applications, verifying credentials, and maintaining up-to-date provider records.

What you'll be doing

  1. Process new provider applications and ensure all required documentation is submitted
  2. Verify the credentials, licenses, and certifications of healthcare providers
  3. Coordinate with providers to obtain any missing information or clarify application details
  4. Maintain accurate and comprehensive provider records in our database
  5. Assist with ongoing provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes
  6. Liaise with internal teams to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new providers
  7. Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar healthcare provider enrollment or credentialing role
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  3. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with healthcare provider databases
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with providers
  5. Working knowledge of healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
