Account Manager
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for online marketplace clients, ensuring their needs are met, issues are resolved efficiently, and opportunities for business growth are maximized.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and growth in a multi-channel or online marketplace environment, with excellent analytical skills and strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
In this role, you will develop comprehensive business plans and account strategies for assigned marketplace clients, conceptualize and lead tailored marketing campaigns, and conduct in-depth post-campaign analysis to identify missed opportunities and develop action plans for future performance improvements.
You will also perform competitive audits across partners with low conversion to refine pricing strategies and improve performance, monitor competitor activities and pricing models, and leverage tools to understand customer buying behavior and optimize product assortment and positioning.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing multiple marketplace-related initiatives, ensuring timelines, resources, and departmental collaboration are managed effectively, coordinating with Product, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to execute high-impact projects, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and identify new growth opportunities.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field, with +5 years of experience in e-commerce, account management, or marketplace strategy.
Key competencies include strategic thinking and execution, data analysis and entrepreneurial mindset, marketplace channel expertise, client relationship management, cross-functional leadership, adaptability and problem-solving, flexible working hours, ability to negotiate with clients, and strong communication skills.
