
Ecommerce Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Ecommerce Specialist/Digital Marketer to manage our online sales platforms, develop and execute digital marketing strategies, and drive traffic and conversions to our ecommerce site. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing best practices, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ecommerce Management: Optimize our ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategies
- SEO and SEM: Ensure website content and product listings are optimized for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and maintain a strong online presence
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and targeting specific customer groups to drive engagement and conversions
- Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media metrics
- Customer Experience: Provide a seamless and positive customer experience on our ecommerce platforms, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed to stay ahead
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or Digital Marketer
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento, as well as digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure and optimize performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to create engaging content
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC management
- Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp and Klaviyo
- Familiarity with social media management tools, including Hootsuite and Buffer
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
