Customer Service Representative Job Overview
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented customer service representative to manage interactions with customers, process orders accurately, and maintain data entry within the marketplace.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in handling inquiries, resolving order issues, updating inventory, and ensuring seamless operations across multiple eCommerce platforms.
Main Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service via chat, email, and phone
- Enter, update, and verify orders on the platform
- Maintain accurate stock levels and synchronize data across platforms
- Process return requests and coordinate replacements efficiently
- Ensure accurate entry of order details, customer information, and financial transactions into the seller account
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in order processing or customer-facing roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify
