Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Operations Professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store. This role involves managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in ecommerce operations, with experience working with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central. They will be able to manage multiple priorities, work well under pressure, and provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ecommerce platform management: 3+ years of experience managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
  • Marketing knowledge: understanding of social media marketing strategies, funnel building, and digital advertising techniques
  • Financial acumen: basic to intermediate bookkeeping skills with the ability to manage financial records and reconcile accounts
  • Adaptability: strong ability to quickly learn and apply new skills across different operational areas
  • Organizational skills: exceptional time management, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
