About the Role

Remote ecommerce assistants are in high demand, and we're seeking a highly skilled professional to support our team.

This is a full-time remote position with a set schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hong Kong Time). The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and reliable with excellent communication skills.

  • Daily Tasks: Manage daily administrative and ecommerce tasks, assist with customer support and order processing, and help coordinate email campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Yotpo, Magento, and MS Word is a plus, but training will be provided if needed.
">What We're Looking For

We need someone who can work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience as a virtual assistant or ecommerce support specialist.
