Branch Development Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase market presence through site acquisition and location-based business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement site acquisition strategies to increase market presence.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to coach and follow up on area managers concerning branch expansion and relocation projects.
  • Assist in the creation of a comprehensive database of property owners and available sites for potential conversion or acquisition.
  • Analyze and develop tools and practices for site acquisition and lessor negotiation.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in business development.
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with lessors and property owners.
  • Familiarity with company products and services and ability to communicate their features and benefits.
  • Presentation skills in large groups.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and travel for site scouting, meetings, and market study.
