A Business Development Officer specializing in site acquisition plays a crucial role in managing relationships with key clients and stakeholders involved in the acquisition of sites for various expansion projects of MR DIY Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded throughout the site acquisition process.
- Site Identification and Evaluation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential sites for acquisition, assessing their viability based on client requirements and regulatory considerations.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with property owners, local authorities, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms for site acquisition.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, engineering, and finance, to facilitate the smooth execution of site acquisition projects.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on site acquisition progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure all site acquisition activities comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Site Acquisition/Site Development/Network Expansion/Property and Asset Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willing to do field work and report to Head Office (Marikina City) when needed.
