Job Title: Project Director

As a Project Director, you will oversee the strategic leadership and governance of all projects within an integrated services delivery group. You will ensure alignment with organizational objectives, financial targets, and service excellence standards.

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Lead a team of project managers, guiding them to achieve project goals through effective collaboration, mentoring, and coaching.
    • Translate organizational vision, mission, and strategic goals into executable project objectives that drive business outcomes.
    • Partner with senior leaders in business planning, forecasting, and decision-making to ensure project success.
  • Project Governance & Delivery
    • Establish and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and tools to ensure quality, timeliness, and profitability of all projects.
    • Oversee project performance, risk management, cost control, and client satisfaction across the portfolio, driving continuous improvement and lessons learned.
    • Implement a comprehensive governance framework for project monitoring, reporting, and escalation to ensure accountability and transparency.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as an executive-level contact for key clients, ensuring their expectations are consistently met or exceeded through regular updates and insights.
    • Provide regular portfolio performance updates and recommendations to senior leaders, fostering collaboration and strengthening relationships between teams.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Introduce innovative solutions and digital tools to improve project delivery and governance, enhancing resource allocation, succession planning, and capability building.
    • Ensure knowledge management and continuous improvement are institutionalized across all projects, promoting best practices and minimizing risks.

This role requires a strong leader who can drive operational discipline, ensure project profitability, and serve as a strategic link between project teams and senior leaders.
