Lead Transformation in Digital Banking

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive strategic change and oversee complex program delivery. As a Program Director, you will shape the future of digital banking in Asia by leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs in Transaction Banking.

  • Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and innovation in digital payments, real-time cash solutions, and API-based banking services.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across regional and global teams, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor program performance, risk mitigation strategies, and champion agile methodologies to accelerate delivery.
  • Apply deep domain expertise in payment systems, cash management platforms, SWIFT, ISO 20022, and real-time payment infrastructures to drive transformation.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in banking technology, with at least 10 years in Transaction Banking (Cash & Payments).
  • Proven track record in leading complex transformation programs across Asia markets.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and market dynamics in APAC.
