The company has a presence in multiple global locations, including North America and Asia. Job Summary:Our respected client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Transformation Leader to lead their organization's digital transformation journey.

As a Digital Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience through technology solutions. The job is based in BGC, Taguig City and offers an Onsite work arrangement. Key Job Responsibilities:Process Optimization and Automation:Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and potential areas for automation.

Design and implement streamlined processes to improve operational efficiency. Utilize process mining tools to visualize and optimize complex workflows. Lead the Implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) and other automation technologies to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Change Management:Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to build support and address concerns. Governance and Control:Establish governance structures and controls to manage risks and ensure compliance with regulations.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital transformation initiatives. Continuously improve processes and technologies to optimize outcomes.Key Job Qualifications:Proven experience in leading successful digital transformation initiatives. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six SigmaKPIs:Alignment with Business Goals: Measuring the extent to which digital transformation initiatives align with the overall strategy.

Process Efficiency: Measuring the reduction in process cycle time and cost savings achieved through automation and optimization. Return on Investment (ROI): Measuring the financial return on digital transformation investments
