We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Lead Generator. The successful candidate will have experience in researching and identifying potential leads within the construction industry.

Duties:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, calls, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments with sales teams
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect data
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in lead generation
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation processes
  • Track and report key metrics related to lead conversion rates
  • Engage in follow-up activities to nurture relationships with prospects

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting or lead generation with international clients
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is an advantage
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in lead generation software and online marketing channels
  • Familiarities with current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Tech Savvy
  • Proactive attitude
  • Able to work flexible hours
