About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to support our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales support, with a strong understanding of financial services, fintech, or SME lending.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify high-potential SME leads through inbound and outbound channels
  • Engage prospective customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms to understand their finance needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Work closely with Business Finance Specialists to hand off qualified leads
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales support
  • Exposure to financial services, fintech, or SME lending is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet lead qualification targets
