Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join Gratitude Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments for our sales team with potential clients in the Philippines.

The primary focus of this role is to drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include:

• Cold calling potential clients to introduce our products/services and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Generating leads and identifying opportunities for new business development in the Philippine market.
• Following up with leads and prospects to ensure timely scheduling of appointments and seamless handoffs to the sales team.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to effectively persuade and influence others, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus.

About the Role
This is a full-time position based in the Philippines. We offer a competitive salary of PHP 35,000 - 50,000 per month, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
