Brewing Grounds Coffee Solution is a leading provider of coffee solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Representative to join our team.

Estimated Salary: PHP 25,000 + commission on quota

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Business Development Representative to identify and convert sales opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and applications, as well as excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads, prospecting new customers, and upselling/cross-selling to existing clients.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
3. Product/Service Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth understanding of product/service features, benefits, and applications.
4. Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, and plans to achieve targets.
5. Negotiations: Handle price negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Account Management: Manage existing customer accounts, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities.
7. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments.
8. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer support, product development).
10. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and sales techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
