We are seeking an E-commerce Order Management Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of organizational and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing orders on e-commerce platforms, strong skills in Excel, and a keen eye for product profitability and stock management.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders: purchase products from selected retailers and fulfill buyers' orders.
  • Monitor and manage stock availability, ensuring products are always available for sale.
  • Maintain and update product pricing to ensure healthy profit margins.
  • Search and list profitable products based on market demand and competitive research.
  • Track, update, and organize order records using Excel and internal tools.
  • Communicate with suppliers/retailers if any order issues arise.
  • Regularly check for price changes, stock updates, and adjust listings accordingly.
  • Provide daily or weekly reports regarding orders, profits, inventory, and tasks completed.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing e-commerce orders (mandatory).
  • Strong skills in Excel for inventory tracking, profit calculation, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of dropshipping operations, especially for the Walmart marketplace.
  • Ability to manage profit margins and pricing strategies.
  • Strong research skills for finding high-demand, profitable products.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Must be reliable and able to work regular hours.
