E-commerce Growth Specialist">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and team leadership.

This role involves overseeing the growth and development of our e-commerce business, including managing affiliate programs, collaborating with influencers, and optimizing product listings for maximum conversion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for launching and managing TikTok Shop/Seller Center from scratch, defining commission structures, and creating engaging content that drives sales.

Solid understanding of attribution, analytics, and data-driven decision making is required. Experience with technical products such as Canva, CapCut, Notion, and ChatGPT is a plus.

  • Affiliate Program Management:
  • Create and manage affiliate programs on ShareASale, UpPromote, and similar platforms.
  • Recruit, activate, and retain high-performing affiliates across various channels.
  • Design and execute contests, referral bonuses, and re-activation campaigns to drive consistent sales.
  • Maintain accurate attribution, payouts, and dashboards, reporting performance regularly.
  • Creator & Community Leadership:
  • Build and manage a central hub for affiliates and creators.
  • Keep partners engaged through campaign briefs, contests, AMAs, newsletters, and shoutouts.
  • Source, vet, and brief creators for reviews, unboxings, lifestyle content, and testimonials.
  • Collaborate with design/editing to categorize UGC and repurpose across ads, PDPs, email, and social.
  • Collaboration & Operations:
  • Work closely with the CEO and Growth team to align goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and refine SOPs for seeding, creator approvals, content briefs, and payout cycles.
  • Share insights and actionable growth reports with leadership regularly.

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or influencer marketing.
  • Are proficient with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
  • Can communicate effectively, execute tasks efficiently, and own outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Bonus skills include experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
