Job Title: E-commerce Support Specialist

This role is an excellent opportunity to excel in a dynamic e-commerce environment, providing exceptional customer service and support.

As an E-commerce Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Your primary goal is to deliver outstanding service by responding promptly and professionally to customer communications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our e-commerce platform.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
  • Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and returns in a timely manner.
  • Provide customers with updates on order status and shipment tracking.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and order information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of order management systems and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with inventory management software.
  • Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
