Amazon E-commerce Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage our presence on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.

  • Manage and optimize product listings across platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO strategies to boost product visibility, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor pricing, inventory, and performance metrics to inform business decisions and maximize profitability.
  • Resolve listing suppressions, compliance cases, and account health issues promptly, minimizing disruptions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality A+ content, brand stores, and promotions that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze sales reports and provide actionable insights for growth and profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage purchase orders, shipments, and replenishment for Vendor Central accounts, ensuring seamless logistics and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversight of advertising campaigns (PPC) to ensure optimal ROI and maximum return on investment.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitors, leveraging this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and drive business success.
  • Prepare regular reports for management, providing visibility into key performance indicators and progress toward goals.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and related platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce best practices and Amazon policies, with the ability to apply this expertise effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet software, such as Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with keyword research tools and Amazon advertising platforms, including Helium10 and Jungle Scout.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
