E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage and grow our client's online sales channels across major marketplaces.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce operations, product listing optimization, and marketplace compliance.

  • Manage and optimize product listings across various marketplaces.
  • Oversee marketplace operations, including product uploads, pricing, inventory management, and promotions.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility.
  • Monitor marketplace policies and ensure full compliance with requirements.

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to develop strategies that drive traffic and conversions. Troubleshoot marketplace-related issues, including case management and performance notifications.

Technical Requirements
  • Proven experience managing Walmart Marketplace, Amazon Seller Central, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, compliance, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Experience with product listing optimization, keyword research, and SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
