Job Overview

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of our digital advertising operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across major platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and others.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR), and optimize for maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate with our in-house creative specialist to provide feedback on ad performance and request new creative assets.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our independent e-commerce store.
  • Handle order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment logistics in collaboration with our supply chain team.
  • Implement and manage customer service processes, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct A/B testing and site optimizations to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Assist in setting up and managing new sales channels as we expand to platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in DTC e-commerce, digital marketing, and the consumer electronics market.
