Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless customer support experience.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or night shift setting.
- Experience with CRM software and customer support tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
