Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

\Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.\
  • Provide product information and answer customer questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.\
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.\
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles as needed.\
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.\
  • Continuously improve customer experience by providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.\
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the role.\
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide excellent customer service.\\/ul\Requirements:\

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.\
    • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center or retail environment.\
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.\
