Skilled Customer Support Representative

As a skilled customer service representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' growth by providing exceptional support to their customers.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to convey information with confidence and clarity. They will also have a strong background in the construction, home services, or skilled trades industries, with at least one year of customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat support with professionalism and urgency
- Book service appointments accurately and efficiently while coordinating with dispatch teams
- Input customer details and service notes into CRM and scheduling platforms
- Provide clear information regarding services, pricing, and expectations
- Follow up on scheduled services and pending customer issues
- Identify when to escalate issues to supervisors or technical teams
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, clarity, and responsiveness
