
Dedicated Customer Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through email, chat, phone, text, and social channels.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to build a strong understanding of our brand's products, procedures, and resolutions.
You will work collaboratively with team members to offer encouragement, provide answers, present customer insights and trends, and respond to customers in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty, detail-oriented, friendly, open-minded, and eager to help people. You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to learn and adapt to changing software quickly.
This is a high-volume program, and you should expect to be on back-to-back calls throughout your day with limited downtime. However, we offer competitive wages, career development training, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels
- Build a strong understanding of our brand's products, procedures, and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to offer encouragement, provide answers, and present customer insights and trends
- Respond to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 12+ months of contact center experience required (must be within the last 2 years)
- Ability to speak, read, and write in both English and French required
- Language proficiency at B2 level required
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices preferred
- Experience working remotely preferred
