Business Development Consultant Role

This position involves educating and promoting training courses, driving end-to-end sales cycles for both B2B and B2C clients.

Responsibilities:
  • To engage with the general public to encourage digital marketing learning.
  • Identify potential customers and businesses interested in digital tech courses.
  • Participate in assigned roadshows, corporate events, and seminars.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Establish strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs to provide tailored training courses.
  • Utilise CRM software to manage leads, track sales progress, and report on targets accurately.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends, identifying opportunities and challenges to inform sales strategy.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Experience in B2C/B2B sales with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets is beneficial.
  • Candidates with no prior experience are welcome as on-the-job training is provided.
