Job Title: Customer Support Operations Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Support Operations Manager to lead our customer service function and deliver a high-quality support experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and scaling customer service operations, as well as a strong understanding of customer service practices within tech or SaaS companies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient and effective customer support.
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service for a tech or SaaS company.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
