As a highly organised and proactive professional, you will play a key part in supporting daily operational functions across multiple departments.

  • This role involves providing administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including handling customer enquiries, managing accounts receivables, orders inbox management, price reviews, product database management, procurement support, HR administration, and other admin tasks as required.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable handling a variety of administrative and support tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  1. Answering calls and attending to customer enquiries as required;
  2. Accounts Receivables Management;
  3. Orders inbox management;
  4. Price reviews and notification management;
  5. Product Database management;
  6. Procurement support - data analysis, PO generation;
  7. HR administration as required;
  8. Other admin tasks as required;

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years experience in call-based customer service roles;
  • Prior data entry experience is ideal;
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as Odoo or SAP, is preferable;
  • Fluent English language skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook;
  • Strong customer service skills and comfort conversing with a large range of personalities;
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry;
  • Ability to work independently.
