Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Field Sales Executive. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, approach, and onboard new target customers, focusing on quality, long-term, and sizeable accounts with high growth potential.
  • Meet and exceed given sales targets while maintaining a strong customer relationship.
  • Communicate and collaborate with assigned Inside Sales Representatives and National Sales Managers to provide a seamless sales experience.
  • Create and maintain an industry network, generating new sales leads for the organization.
  • Attend and participate in weekly operational and sales meetings, ensuring data quality and timeliness in updating sales activities through the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience within the Sales function, specifically in the Freight Forwarding Industry.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or logistics.
  • Exposure to and understanding of legal and local regulations impacting the tasks of the function.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English for internal and external communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and independent individual with attention to detail.
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
