Job Title: Cybersecurity Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing network security solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, with at least one year of experience in a similar environment. Previous experience in presales engineering preferably within network and security solutions is highly desirable.

You will collaborate with our sales team to understand customer requirements and propose scalable and efficient network and security-based solutions. You will create and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers, design architecture that meets customer needs, and assist in the development of bill of material.

In addition, you will validate Palo Alto network configuration, act as a trusted advisor for both customers and sales teams, ensuring solutions meet customer needs. You will stay up-to-date on new Splunk features, trends, and competitive landscapes.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field - 1 year(s) of related experience in a similar environment is required, previous experience in presales engineering preferably within network and security solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong English communication (oral and written) and presentation skills with good listening and comprehension skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of Splunk products (Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud, Splunk ITSI, Splunk Phantom) and associated technologies, strong understanding of network security principles, threat landscape, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Network or security certification(s) are a plus (not required) - CompTIA Network+, Security+, CyberSecurity Analyst+, other Splunk certification(s) such as Splunk Certified Architect and Consultant, Splunk Core Certified User or Power User is viewed as a beneficial asset.
